EHS Manager, Environment of Care & Emergency

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Manager of Environment of Care (EC) and Emergency Management (EM) to oversee EC, LS, and EM programs across facilities. Under guidance from the Regional Director, the role develops and implements policies to protect staff, patients, physicians, and visitors from safety risks and ensures compliance with TJC and other regulations.

The manager leads bi‑monthly meetings, coordinates safety assessments, and drives continuous improvement in safety policies and
