nThe PSC and/or PSA shall review the Safety Orientation Checklist (EXHIBIT D)
nand incorporate each applicable topic within the presentation. The orientation
nshall include all elements of the UTS Project Safety Requirements that
napply to the work activities associated with the attendees. In addition to the
nworker signing the orientation document at completion of the orientation to
nconfirm attendance, the PSC shall develop and administer a means to ensure and
ndemonstrate worker understanding of the information provided. This evaluation
nshall be documented for each worker orientated.
