  • n Lead plant-wide safety and environmental programsn
  • n Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and regulatory standardsn
  • n Conduct audits, risk assessments, and training programsn
  • n Investigate incidents and implement corrective actionsn
  • n Track safety metrics and drive continuous improvementn
  • n Partner with operations to build a safety-first culturen

n A successful EHS Manager should have:n

  • n Bachelor's degree preferredn
  • n 5+ years EHS experience in manufacturingn
  • n Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulationsn
  • n Experience leading audits and safety initiativesn
  • n Strong leadership and communication skillsn
