n- n Lead plant-wide safety and environmental programsn
- n Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and regulatory standardsn
- n Conduct audits, risk assessments, and training programsn
- n Investigate incidents and implement corrective actionsn
- n Track safety metrics and drive continuous improvementn

nn A successful EHS Manager should have:n
- n Bachelor's degree preferredn
- n 5+ years EHS experience in manufacturingn
