What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and enhance Behavior‑Based Safety initiatives.
- Direct corporate safety, risk management, and compliance programs.
- Conduct risk assessments, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Develop safety analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Oversee emergency preparedness, workers’ compensation, and safety training.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing safety team.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree required; CSP, CIH, or related certification preferred.
- Expertise in EHS leadership within manufacturing environments.
- Experience with OSHA, FDA, cGMP, and environmental compliance.
- Strong skills in hazard analysis, incident investigation, and ergonomics.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and safety culture improvements.
