Job Title: EHS Coordinator Job Description
nThe EHS Coordinator implements and supports environmental, health, and safety programs under the guidance of EHS leadership. This role promotes a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace for employees, contractors, and visitors by driving safety initiatives, monitoring workplace conditions, and ensuring adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policies.

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs under the direction of EHS leadership.

Promote and lead safety initiatives that foster a strong safety culture across the organization.

Monitor workplace conditions to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe and healthy environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.

Help ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable federal, state, and local EHS regulations, as well as internal company policies and procedures.

Develop EHS training content that addresses regulatory requirements, company standards, and best practices.

Deliver EHS training sessions to employees and contractors, ensuring clear communication and understanding of safety expectations.

Track and document EHS training completion to maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records.

Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in EHS programs and recommend practical solutions.

Support the communication of EHS policies, procedures, and initiatives throughout the organization.

nPay and Benefits
nThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
nIndividual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
