EHS CoordinatorEastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with a high-tech manufacturing organization in Fremont that is seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator to support environmental, health, and safety operations within a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on on the production floor, partnering cross-functionally, and helping drive a strong culture of safety and compliance. This position supports cleanroom and manufacturing operations and plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company EHS standards.Key Responsibilities:Support and maintain Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs across manufacturing operationsEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and other applicable regulationsConduct routine safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments throughout production and cleanroom environmentsAssist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plansManage hazardous waste handling, storage, and disposal processesMaintain EHS documentation, permits, records, and compliance reportingDeliver safety training for employees, contractors, and new hiresSupport chemical safety and hazardous materials programsTrack and report safety metrics including TRIR and DARTPartner with operations, engineering, and facilities teams to promote safe work practicesParticipate in emergency response and environmental sustainability initiativesQualifications:2–5 years of EHS experience within semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, cleanroom, or high-tech environmentsWorking knowledge of OSHA, EPA, RCRA, and environmental regulationsExperience with: Hazardous waste managementIncident investigationsRoot cause analysisSafety audits and inspectionsRisk assessments / JHAsStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentExperience delivering employee safety training preferredFamiliarity with cleanroom protocols and chemical handling strongly preferredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field preferredBilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
