That's where you come in.In this role, you'll be both a trusted helpdesk resource and a strategic partner. You'll troubleshoot day-to-day issues, yes, but you'll also shape how our integrated care, quality, and operations teams work, making sure our system supports the reporting and standards that come with being a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). We're a trusted partner offering care coordination, integrated care and pharmacy services, mental health, housing, and nutrition, and we're a safe, welcoming home for anyone seeking care.What You'll DoKeep Our EHR Running SmoothlyServe as the primary helpdesk resource for eClinicalWorks, troubleshooting issues and resolving user concernsTriage, document, and track support requests through to resolution, and escalate to the vendor when neededManage user accounts, security roles, and accessConfigure and maintain templates, forms, order sets, alerts, registries, and other workflow toolsHelp test and roll out software updates and new functionalityBe Our FQHC & PCMH Go-ToAct as the organization's expert on how FQHC and PCMH requirements show up in EHR workflows and documentationMake sure eClinicalWorks supports UDS reporting, quality measures, care coordination, preventive and population health, health equity, patient engagement, enabling services, and care gap managementKeep an eye on regulatory changes and recommend system updates to stay ahead of themDrive Quality & Continuous ImprovementOversee maintenance of reporting tools and support UDS and quality reportingSpot trends in support requests and turn them into smarter processesIdentify opportunities to optimize workflows and participate in quality improvement initiativesTeach, Coach & EmpowerDevelop and deliver eClinicalWorks training, from group sessions to one-on-one coachingLead EHR onboarding for new team membersOversee educational materials and help build standard operating proceduresCollaborate & Lead ProjectsPartner with integrated care, operations, quality, and leadership teams on workflow enhancementsServe as the liaison between end users and the EHR vendorParticipate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and validationWhat You BringRequiredBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Information Technology, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field*3+ years of experience supporting an EHR system in a healthcare settingHands-on experience with eClinicalWorks2+ years of experience in an FQHC, community health center, or primary care environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and healthcare technology systemsPreferredExperience with PCMH principles and requirementsExperience with quality reporting, UDS measures, and population health initiatives*Work or lived experience may substitute for education requirements on a case-by-case basis.Who You AreThe Translator.
