Leading the enterprise-wide implementation of eClinicalWorks, the remote EHR Implementation Project Manager will manage the complete implementation lifecycle, including project planning, data migration, system integrations, and training for a large, multi-site physician-practice organization. Key responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end implementation of eClinicalWorks, including project plans, timelines, and resource allocations Coordinate data conversion and validation, and partner with technical teams for system integrations and testing Establish training programs and monitor user readiness and adoption metrics before and after go-live Required qualifications Minimum five years of healthcare technology implementation experience At least three years of experience leading EHR implementation projects Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks in ambulatory-care or physician-practice environments Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient-care operations Proficiency with project-management tools such as Smartsheet, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Project
