Corporate Group AttorneyDLA Piper is seeking an attorney to join its corporate group as part of our Professional Track Attorney program. This attorney will focus primarily on working with emerging growth companies and the institutional investors that support them. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supporting venture capital financings, M&A transactions, and a variety of day-to-day corporate governance matters.

The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate's experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
