EEO Case Manager

To ensure compliance with EEO laws, the full-time EEO Case Manager will assign cases, review reports of investigations, and track the progress of investigations in a timely manner. Key responsibilities Assign cases to investigators and review all reports of investigations for quality and compliance with EEO guidelines Advise investigators on case strategies and ensure all necessary interviews are conducted Conduct training sessions for EEO investigators and counselors while addressing requests for information from federal agency customers Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience EEO Certification that meets mandatory training requirements set by the EEOC (EEOC MD-110) Minimum 10 years of experience in conducting federal EEO investigations or counselings Experience with EEO investigations for federal agencies such as the Department of Veterans Affairs or US Customs and Border Protection Proficiency in writing reports and conducting objective analyses of complex cases
