Ed Tech I, II, or III certification required. Knowledge of behavior management strategies helpful. Ability to implement individual education plans and behavior plans necessary. Ability to work with coworkers necessary. Prior experience working in an elementary educational setting preferred. Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques in the area of literacy and mathematics preferred. $21.47 - $28.36 hourly, depending on certification level and experience.
