Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to a 5th-grade student
- Assist with academic tasks, classroom engagement, and daily routines
- Implement teacher-directed instructional strategies and behavior plans
- Support social, emotional, and behavioral development as needed
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow structured plans and adapt to student needs
- Patience, consistency, and a positive attitude
