As an Educational Support Counselor, you'll: Support students through academic, vocational, and life skill development opportunities Assist with individualized education programs (IEPs) and student support plans Guide students in developing job skills, professional behaviors, and community readiness Provide one-on-one and small group support in educational and vocational settings Implement positive behavior strategies while creating a safe, structured, and therapeutic learning environment
