Atlas Care is hiring a part-time W-2 Educational Navigator to deliver individualized educational support for children and young adults with unique learning, developmental, and access needs in Lake County, Florida.
Responsibilities:
• Provide structured educational support in homes, community settings, or small groups
• Adapt activities to learner strengths, goals, and support needs
• Communicate clearly with families and the Atlas team
• Complete required documentation and travel locally for assignments
Qualifications:
• Relevant education or experience in teaching, special education, behavior support, child development, human services, or a related field
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete required background screening
• Strong communication, dependability, and family-centered judgment
Compensation: $23 $30 per hour. Part-time W-2. Flexible, family-based scheduling. Hours and assignments depend on family needs, location, availability, qualifications, and successful screening; specific hours are not guaranteed.
