To expand family access through scholarship programs and educational funding initiatives, the full-time remote Educational Funding Manager will develop and execute growth strategies, manage relationships with stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to enhance enrollment and funding opportunities. Key responsibilities Develop and implement scholarship growth strategies in collaboration with the VP of Sales & Marketing Manage educational savings account (ESA) and school-choice program ownership, ensuring strategic positioning and effective communication Support growth initiatives for scholarships through outreach, marketing collaboration, and identifying new funding opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Five or more years of experience in strategic partnerships, fundraising initiatives, or educational programs Demonstrated ability to manage new initiatives in fast-changing environments Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Passion for Classical Christian education and relevant experience in the education sector preferred
