- Collaborative and supportive special education department
- Perform comprehensive academic assessments and evaluations for students referred for special education
- Analyze assessment results and prepare thorough evaluation reports
- Facilitate Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Partner with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families throughout the evaluation process
- Provide recommendations to support appropriate educational programming and services
- Ensure all evaluations and documentation meet state and federal compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate records and complete reports within required timelines
- Active Texas Educational Diagnostician certification
- Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, evaluation procedures, and ARD processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
