Educational Assistant - Cross Categorical - Preschool - 7 hours per day

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
One position available - seven (7) hours per day.
Under the direction of the Principal or designee, this employee assists in the supervision, care and instruction of preschool students.
PAY & BENEFITS
Beginning hourly rate: $17.37/hour and up, commensurate with related experience for regular employment.
Excellent benefits package including free life insurance, SERS retirement system, medical, dental, disability and vision insurance, and sick and personal days.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Apply for and maintain an Educational Aide Permit from the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce (ODEW) and meet one of the following criteria (1) hold an Associate's degree or higher, (2) have taken forty-eight semester hours of college coursework, or (3) take a Paraprofessional exam.
