United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Account Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of EHR Go accounts by nurturing relationships with faculty at colleges and universities. You will conduct product demonstrations, support customer success, and identify upsell opportunities across programs.
You will coordinate with the EHR Go team to resolve issues, document interactions in Salesforce, and maintain a structured pipeline for ~200 accounts with 1–6 month cycles.
