ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a dedicated and visionary Education Program Director for a full-time position located in Elgin, Kane County. Key responsibilities for the Education Program Director typically include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and academic programming for the special education program
- Providing leadership, support, and guidance to teachers, staff, and related service providers
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal education standards and student IEPs
- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture focused on student achievement and well-being
- Collaborating with families, school districts, and community stakeholders to support student success
Compensation details:
Starting Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, determined based on relevant experience
