About the Opportunity

Apply your education expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. You will assess learning materials, improve educational content, and support the development of AI-driven learning tools. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine quizzes, formative assessments, tutoring content, and interactive learning materials.
• Assess learning effectiveness, learner engagement, and long-term understanding.
• Apply and improve assessment rubrics, grading criteria, and outcome measurement tools.
• Review educational content for academic accuracy, pedagogical quality, and alignment with learning objectives.
• Develop and refine visual, interactive, and multimodal instructional resources.
• Document clear, actionable feedback and collaborate with teams to improve AI-driven educational tools.

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in education, instructional design, learning assessment, or a related field.
• Ability to evaluate academic accuracy, learning effectiveness, and learner suitability.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an instructional designer, learning scientist, assessment specialist, or educator in K–12, higher education, or edtech.
• Experience designing or evaluating tutoring content, quizzes, formative assessments, and interactive educational media.
• Proficiency in developing assessment rubrics, grading systems, and outcome measurement strategies.
• Experience creating visual, interactive, or multimodal learning materials for diverse learners.
• Availability aligned with the US Pacific Time zone is strongly preferred.

Compensation

• Hourly contract rate: $90–$130.
