Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with our mission and vision.
• Oversee curriculum design and ensure it meets state and national standards.
• Manage and mentor teaching staff to enhance instructional practices.
• Collaborate with parents and community stakeholders to promote student success.
• Analyze student performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Foster a positive school culture that promotes inclusivity and engagement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Experience with data analysis and program evaluation.
• Valid Pennsylvania educational leadership certification.
