Mercy is seeking an Education Coordinator – Respiratory to lead clinical education for respiratory therapy staff and students. In this role, you will design, implement, and evaluate orientation, competencies, and continuing education focused on high-quality respiratory care. You will collaborate with clinical leaders to assess learning needs, integrate evidence-based practice, and support regulatory and accreditation requirements.
