Make your move to B&H today!Job OverviewUnder supervision, the EDU Advantage Representative seeks to develop company brand loyalty at the earliest stages within the college student population, more specifically within the segment of photo, video and pro audio consumers. The EDU Advantage Representative executes all aspects of the marketing campaign within the school, including presenting both B&H and vendor products and services. The overall goal is to maximize the visibility and exposure of the company's products and services, so that photo, video, and audio equipment become synonymous with the B&H brand name.Essential ResponsibilitiesPromotes the B&H organization, products and services in a positive mannerBuilds customer relationships utilizing the EDU Advantage programDevelops relationships with schools in order to host student events to promote and increase visibility and exposureStrategizing, organizing and coordinating student eventsDevelops marketing strategy based on feedback and data from student events and contact with school representativesExpanding the student community through student engagement with EDU programmingAdditional ResponsibilitiesFrequent travel as requiredCommunicate with manufacturer representativesAs assigned by managerSpecific Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAdvanced networking skillsProfessional phone demeanor and articulate communication skillsAnalytical thinker and quick problem solverExercise interpersonal skills within team environmentDetail-oriented and quick thinkerKnowledge of B&H product linesPreferred Education, Experience and LicensesMinimum 1-2 years experience leading marketing campaignsProduct knowledge in photo, video, or audio equipmentValid Driver's License and willingness to drive is requiredWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
