Managing the end-to-end execution of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions for Home Center accounts, the full-time remote EDI Specialist will ensure accurate order processing, data integrity, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and enhance customer experience. Key responsibilities Process and manage incoming EDI orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer requirements Analyze inventory and backorder trends to mitigate risks and improve order fulfillment performance Collaborate with various departments to align inventory positioning with order flow and customer needs Required qualifications High School Diploma/GED Two years of experience in a service environment Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of systems and requirements Ability to translate complex technical information into clear guidance for internal teams and customers Experience with EDI transactions and inventory-related order management processes is preferred
