EDI Onboarding Specialist

To support the Group Protection Operations Team, the remote EDI Onboarding Specialist will manage EDI onboarding and implementation projects, collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate automated EDI processing, and resolve escalated service issues while ensuring a superior onboarding experience for customers. Key responsibilities Coordinate activities and facilitate automated EDI processing while acting as a liaison between internal resources and third-party partners Implement inbound file feeds and manage custom installations, ensuring optimal policy setup per EDI guidelines Communicate the status of file processing and provide post-implementation follow-up on outstanding issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a degree) 1 to 3+ years of experience in EDI processing and automation Strong customer service experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to apply concepts such as probability, statistics, and ratios to practical solutions
