Role: EDI & Outbound Routing Coordinator (Fashion & Apparel)
Location: Midtown Manhattan, NYC (100% In-Office)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in a fashion company doing EDI/routing
What you’ll do:
• Process incoming EDI 850/860 orders and transmit outbound 856 ASNs and 810 Invoices.
• Set up styles in UPC catalogs/Data Pools and onboard new trading partners.
• Review customer routing guides, prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure on-time shipping.
