Job: EDI AMS Service Delivery Manager/Application Support & EDI Operations Manager/AMS Delivery Manager – Supply Chain & Finance Applications/EDI Support and Service Governance Manager
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end AMS service delivery for Supply Chain, Finance, and EDI application portfolios.
- Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and lead service governance activities.
- Manage major incidents, stakeholder communications, RCA, and problem management.
- Oversee change management, releases, and CAB participation.
- Drive service reporting, dashboards, operational reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage distributed AMS support teams, vendors, and customer escalations.
- Lead automation, knowledge management, shift-left strategies, and AI-driven support enhancements.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of IT experience.
- 5+ years managing AMS/Application Support engagements.
- Strong experience in EDI operations and integrations.
- Experience supporting Supply Chain and Finance applications.
- Experience leading globally distributed support teams.
