What You’ll DO:
- Support and uphold the Edge Kids mission, policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Provide a friendly, professional check-in experience for parents and children.
- Lead engaging, age-appropriate games and activities for children ages 12 weeks to 12 years.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude while supporting team members across the club.
- Keep the Edge Kids room clean, organized, and sanitary.
- Hire, train, coach, and schedule staff to meet Edge Kids standards and ensure adequate shift coverage.
