HCA Healthcare is seeking an experienced ED Charge RN to provide clinical leadership in our fast-paced emergency department. In this role, you will coordinate patient flow, oversee nursing assignments, support triage and critical care, and ensure adherence to clinical standards and safety protocols. You will mentor ED nurses, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and advocate for patient- and family-centered care.
