To support a large-scale healthcare technology initiative, the remote eCW to Epic Conversion Specialist will lead data conversion activities, analyze legacy eCW data, and develop source-to-target mapping documentation for a contract position. Key Responsibilities Lead data conversion activities for eClinicalWorks (eCW) to Epic migration projects Analyze legacy eCW data and identify conversion requirements, dependencies, and potential risks Collaborate with clinical, operational, technical, and project leadership teams to define conversion scope and requirements Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of healthcare IT data conversion experience Hands-on experience supporting eClinicalWorks (eCW) to Epic conversion projects Strong understanding of healthcare data migration methodologies and best practices Experience with source-to-target mapping, data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and testing Knowledge of clinical and operational healthcare workflows
