Post Mission
As a Construction Economist, you will work on all phases of economic studies of projects, in collaboration with project managers and various technical departments (structure, fluids, electricity, and thermal). You will carry out financial estimates, measurements, and quantities, write written pieces, and participate in consultations with companies as well as the analysis of bids. Autonomous in your operations, you will ensure the economic follow-up of projects, guarantee the quality of deliverables, and ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and technical requirements. You will work on the ATTIC+ software and actively participate in the success of varied projects, both new construction and rehabilitation.
Required Profile
With a higher education in the field of construction or construction economics, you have at least 3 years of experience as a Construction Economist. You are familiar with the different phases of the project management and are able to manage your files independently. Rigorous, organized, and with good interpersonal skills, you enjoy working in a team and the diversity of operations.
