Leading the technical development of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) applications, the full-time remote eCommerce Tech Lead - SAP Commerce will manage coding standards, mentor a team of developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality eCommerce solutions. Key responsibilities: Design, develop, and enhance enterprise eCommerce applications using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Serve as the technical lead for Agile development teams, performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to implement approved solution designs and optimize application performance Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 7-10 years of software development experience, with 4+ years in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development Proven experience leading development teams on enterprise eCommerce projects Strong understanding of software engineering principles and secure coding practices Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
