Job TitleDIY Ecommerce SpecialistJob DescriptionThe DIY Ecommerce Specialist will be accountable for delivering an exceptional omni-channel experience for our retail customers to maximize conversion and increase sales. The responsibilities of this role includes SKU setup and maintenance within DIY retailer portals or data management systems, content enhancements, creative requests, product reviews management, and content organization for retail accounts within various portals. This person will use efficient tactics to execute on data-driven, omni-channel strategies for our retail customers (Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Tractor Supply, Ace). The ideal candidate is confident using technology to enhance our SKU launch process and content management approach to execute best in class omni-channel experiences.

The Ecommerce Specialist will report to the VP of Sales -DIY.ResponsibilitiesSet up all new items for retail customers, including store and online retailer listings (Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Walmart, etc.)Manage and review merchandise presentation for online retail partners to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing, and site placement meet brand standardsCoordinate with Product Marketing and Sales teams to execute best-in-class product launches on timeAnalyze.COM sales to optimize the customer experience, make suggestions, and take action to improve conversion rateManage product review syndication and gather product reviews, as needed, across all retail customer sitesMonitor and conduct site audits for accuracy of product listingsServe as liaison between Sales and Product Marketing to ensure Omni-Channel programming delivers on both Brand and Customer objectivesTrack status of projects, communicating with relevant cross-functional teams, and providing quality assurance of retail partnersRecommend retailer specific improvements, updates, and changes necessary for best-in-class merchandisingWork Merchant Teams at the retailers to present promotional offerings and suggested areas to spend onOptimize SEO, keyword rankings and product listings continuouslyQualificationsClear understanding of the technical nature around item setup (attributes, taxonomy, image needs, asset specs, etc.) and experience writing creative briefsLowes VPP experience desiredHome Depot Supplier Hub and Askuity Fusion experience desired2+ years' eCommerce, site merchandising, item setup, project management, category management, or digital marketingExpertise in Retailer Portals - Home Depot (IDM), Lowes (learn new IMA system)Experience with excel item setup templatesCPG and eCommerce experience requiredHighly organized and able to efficiently manage multiple projects with great attention to detailProven experience of managing and optimizing online sales on omni-channel platformsStrong understanding of eCommerce and retail best practicesExcellent project management, communication, and prioritization skillsChannel Advisor, Syndigo and Bazaarvoice experience a plusDegree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field preferred, or appropriate combination of education and relevant practical experienceBenefits & PerksMedical, dental, and vision insurance401k and FSA option at your discretionPaid Vacation and HolidaysHybrid & remote work scheduleOur ValuesAt Zep, we have developed a set of values focused on bringing even greater cohesion to our workplace.
