This role is critical to how our products are presented to customers and requires a strong eye for detail, design, and accuracy.You'll be responsible for creating and managing product listings on ShabbyFabrics.com, ensuring every image, description, and detail is polished, accurate, and aligned with our brand standards.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong Photoshop skills, an interest in ecommerce, and a natural attention to detail.What You'll DoUpload and manage product listings on our ecommerce websiteEdit, color-correct, and prepare product images using PhotoshopEnsure images accurately represent product color, texture, and qualityCreate and modify product graphics, including adding logos when neededWrite and format clear, accurate product descriptionsAssign categories, keywords, and SEO data to optimize search visibilitySelect related products and add-ons to enhance the customer experienceVerify product details across multiple sources to ensure accuracyIdentify inconsistencies and proactively resolve issuesSupport additional projects as assignedWhat We're Looking ForStrong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (required)Excellent attention to detail and a high standard for accuracyStrong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity)Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and qualitySelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong problem-solving skills and adaptabilityComfortable working on a MacFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Bonus: Sewing or quilting experience (not required, but highly valued)ScheduleFull-time, Monday–Friday8:00am–4:00pmIn-person (Post Falls, ID)Perks & BenefitsCompetitive pay401(k) with generous company matchMajor Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (waiting periods apply)Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and paid breaksEmployee discount (yes, you'll want more fabric!)Referral programEmployee Assistance ProgramOvertime opportunities available
