Megalabs USA is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Ecommerce Order Fulfillment /Order Management Analyst to support our daily order processing, inventory management, shipping, and warehouse operations.

We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in ecommerce order fulfillment, shipping, inventory control, and order management systems who can ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.

This position combines computer-based order processing with physical warehouse activities, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

This is a hands-on warehouse position, not a desk-only or data analyst role.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient daily operations.

Ecommerce Order Management

• Receive, review, and process customer orders from ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, and electronic order management systems.
• Verify order details, quantities, product availability, and shipping requirements.
• Process orders through platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and EDI systems.
• Monitor pending orders and ensure timely processing to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, processing errors, and fulfillment issues.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and warehouse personnel when needed.

Warehouse Fulfillment & Shipping

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify product quantities, packaging specifications, and order accuracy before shipping.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers and logistics providers.
• Monitor shipping deadlines, delivery requirements, and shipment status.
• Support daily warehouse activities to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

Inventory Management & Receiving

• Receive incoming merchandise, inspect shipments, and verify quantities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Perform cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies.
• Organize products and maintain clean, orderly storage areas.
• Monitor stock availability and communicate potential shortages.
• Assist with product replenishment and inventory organization.

Operational Coordination & Quality Control

• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory movements, and shipments.
• Follow established procedures for product handling, packaging, and shipping.
• Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company operating standards.
  

• At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce fulfillment, order processing, warehouse operations, shipping, or inventory management.
• Hands-on experience picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
• Experience using ecommerce platforms, order management systems, or warehouse management software.
• Working knowledge of shipping procedures, inventory control, and order accuracy.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily shipping deadlines.
• Comfortable performing both computer-based tasks and physical warehouse activities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Availability to work on-site in Doral, Monday through Friday.
  

• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or other ecommerce marketplaces.
• Familiarity with EDI platforms such as SPS Commerce or TrueCommerce.
• Experience preparing shipments through FedEx, UPS, or other carriers.
• Experience with inventory management systems, ERP software, or warehouse management systems.
• Familiarity with ecommerce fulfillment requirements for retail and wholesale customers.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts, if properly trained and authorized.

• Full-time, on-site position.
• Location: Doral, Miami, Florida.
• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.
• Occasional additional hours may be required depending on operational needs.
• Remote or hybrid work is not available.
• Compensation: Starting at $20.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
