Seeking a hands-on, data-informed Ecommerce Optimization Manager, this full-time remote position will own commercial web performance across multiple brand websites, focusing on conversion rate, revenue per visitor, average order value, and checkout completion while managing structured conversion rate optimization and experimentation programs. Key Responsibilities Own commercial performance metrics across assigned brand websites and translate performance trends into actionable recommendations Develop and maintain a prioritized optimization roadmap, identifying conversion friction and designing controlled experiments to enhance results Manage digital merchandising strategies, optimizing product presentation and supporting promotional planning across the websites Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in ecommerce, conversion rate optimization, or digital product optimization Proven track record of improving conversion and revenue on transactional websites with direct accountability Hands-on experience with designing and analyzing controlled experiments end to end Strong command of GA4 and ecommerce funnel reporting Proficiency in WordPress with the ability to implement site changes directly
