Karako Suits is a third generation family owned business looking for someone to take over our E-commerce Manager.
Responsibilities will include.
- Updating website daily
- Changing daily offers and promotions
- Adding and removing products
- Familiarity with Shopify, ShipStation, and social media platforms
- Answer all customer questions and complaints
- Sending marketing emails to existing customers with new promotions and offers
- Working with marketing director to manage front page to sync with advertising campaigns
- Managing packaging department to ensure orders go out at all times
- Managing website store inventory confirm accuracy
- Social media follower engagement and content management
- Insurance coverage included with Vison and Dental Options
- 401K Plan offered with matching
