Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead the digital commerce operations and commercial growth of a leading consumer products business.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG and Amazon marketplace management, with a proven track record of driving online sales, optimizing profitability, and building successful ecommerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ecommerce strategy and operations across Amazon, direct-to-consumer (DTC) websites, and other online marketplaces.
• Drive Amazon sales growth through advertising, SEO, A+ Content, promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
• Optimize product listings, digital merchandising, customer experience, and conversion rates.
• Monitor sales performance, channel profitability, pricing, inventory, and promotional activities.
• Analyze ecommerce KPIs, including ROAS, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, product teams, and external partners to maximize commercial performance.
• Develop customer retention strategies through email marketing, SMS campaigns, and loyalty initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in ecommerce channel management.
• Mandatory FMCG experience ; experience in beauty, haircare, personal care, or consumer healthcare is highly desirable.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplaces, including Seller Central/Vendor Central, Amazon Ads, A+ Content, SEO, and DSP.
• Proven track record of driving ecommerce sales growth, optimizing advertising performance, and improving channel profitability.
• Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ecommerce analytics tools.
• Experience with the US ecommerce market is strongly preferred.
