Ecommerce Manager / DeveloperM&K Truck Centers is one of the largest regional dealers of commercial trucks and truck parts in the Midwest. Our commitment to operational excellence and customer service is what drives our continued growth.We're looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Manager / Developer to support and grow our ecommerce ecosystem.

This role blends technical Magento development with revenue-driving strategy, focusing on website optimization, marketplace growth, and conversion improvements.You will manage the Magento site while supporting key channels like Amazon Seller Central and Google Merchant Center. You'll partner with an external agency and internal team—but will lead execution and track performance.Ecommerce Site Management (Magento)Manage and maintain the Magento platform end-to-endSupport product catalog, site performance, and functionalityTroubleshoot issues and coordinate updates, integrations, and extensionsMonitor site speed, uptime, and checkout functionalitySupport improvements in conversion rate and average order valueConversion Optimization & UXReview user behavior and ecommerce performanceOptimize navigation, product pages, search, and checkout flowsRun A/B tests and implement CRO improvementsTrack KPIs: conversion rate, AOV, cart abandonment, revenue/sessionAmazon Seller CentralManage and optimize Amazon listings (titles, bullets, images, keywords)Monitor listing health, compliance, and catalog structureSync inventory and manage product variationsPartner with agency on marketplace growth and advertisingProduct Feeds & Google Merchant CenterManage product feeds and resolve errors/disapprovalsEnsure accurate product data (pricing, GTIN, descriptions, availability)Optimize feeds for Google Shopping performanceAgency & Performance CollaborationAct as a point of contact for ecommerce agency partnersSupport execution across paid media, SEO, and marketplacesMonitor performance using analytics platformsProvide reporting on revenue, traffic, conversion, and channel performanceWhat You Bring3–7+ years of hands-on ecommerce experienceStrong Magento expertise, including development (PHP, architecture)Experience with Amazon Seller Central and marketplace managementGoogle Merchant Center and product feed management experience (Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch, or similar tools a plus)Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX, and ecommerce analyticsKnowledge of ecommerce SEO best practicesExperience with ERP or inventory system integrations is a plusBackground in automotive or truck parts ecommerce is a plusExperience working with external agencies or partnersStrong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and execution mindsetAbility to manage multiple systems, priorities, and deadlinesComfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and workflowsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package, including an ESOP program.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A supportive and dynamic work environment.For more information please feel free to contact our Recruiter Katie Denhof at .
