To support Skylight's ecommerce operations, the full-time remote Ecommerce Demand Planner will manage demand forecasts for Amazon and direct-to-consumer channels, translating performance and consumer signals into actionable SKU-level plans while collaborating with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Planning teams. Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain bottom-up forecast models for DTC and Amazon globally Translate market and operational indicators into SKU-level demand and revenue projections Support monthly S&OP forecast cadence, preparing analyses and documenting assumptions Required qualifications: 4-7 years of experience in demand planning, revenue forecasting, or analytics for physical products Hands-on experience with forecasting for Amazon and DTC channels Strong forecasting fundamentals and advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets Experience with BI tools for data analysis and report building Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or a related field
