Accounting AssociateThe Accounting Associate will report to the e-Comm Finance & Accounting Manager and will assist with billing, and recording routine transactions and reconciliations associated with 80+ stores within the e-Comm business function.Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesMaintains daily cash activity and books routine cash entriesEnters credit card reports into general ledgerReconciles various basic general ledger accountsPrepares basic journal entries for month-end closeAssists e-Comm Finance & Accounting Manager with general ledger analysisRuns month-end reportsResearches and clears general ledger reconciling itemsSupports the Finance Team in the coordination of the quarterly review and annual audit with outside auditors, including preparation of work papersMaintains adequate documentation and support for financial recordsRequirementsAssociates degree in Accounting or equivalent experience3+ years of directly related experience (bookkeeping, accounting specialist)Attention to detail and commitment to quality financial reportingIntermediate Proficiency with Microsoft ExcelPrevious experience with NetSuite and QuickBooks desirable, but not requiredAbility to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environmentStrong planning and organizational skills, self-motivated and resourceful in problem solvingExcellent Communication skills and collaboration with internal and external customersSomething Inked, LLC Offers Comprehensive Benefits Program, Which IncludesMedical, Dental and Vision effective 1st day of month following 60 days of employment401K with 6% Company match after 6 months of employmentPTO accrual beginning first day of employmentPerformance and growth sharing wealth and/or career building incentives/advancementsCoaching and mentorship from servant leadership
