Transports patients to echo labor when necessary. Goes to patient rooms for testing as assigned. Contacts cardiologists immediately in the event that a life-threatening condition is identified during testing.
Assists with other types of testing as needed.Educational/Licensing:Currently registered by CCI as a Registered Cardiovascular Technologist or ARDMS as RDCS. State licensure required through OBMI. BLS certification required.Qualifications:Two years experience in the field of echocardiography is preferred.
Proficient in all modes of Adult Echocardiography 2D, color flow velocity and Doppler.
