Engage in professional development activities, training, and regional or professional groups to stay current with best practices.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience or training working with children from birth to age three, with knowledge of evidence-based early intervention strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with families, colleagues, and community partners.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel regionally, including to family homes and community settings.
This position involves a mix of office work, home visits, and community-based locations such as childcare centers in Claremont, NH. The role requires regional travel, physical activity including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, and floor-level interactions, as well as occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. You will use standard office equipment and engage with children in sensory-rich environments.
