Supporting the day-to-day operations of a Specialty Clinic, the full-time eCare Operations Specialist will coordinate workflows, manage technology needs, assist with provider onboarding, and facilitate partnerships with rural health clinics in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate operational and clinical workflows, assisting hub staff with new implementations Manage equipment and connectivity testing, troubleshooting issues, and filing IT tickets as necessary Assist in data analysis and month-end data compilation to identify quality improvement opportunities Required qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred Two years of related experience and/or training preferred Ability to complete and maintain required federal background investigation and credentialing processes
