Handling all aspects of invoice submissions, the full-time remote eBilling Analyst will manage electronic invoicing processes, resolve e-billing issues, and provide support to attorneys and clients in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Work directly with the client's e-billing manager on ad-hoc requests and ensure compliance with client guidelines during invoice submissions Oversee the transition of clients to e-billing, submitting electronic invoices and accruals monthly while providing follow-up support Act as a liaison between billing attorneys and clients, ensuring corrective actions are implemented for future invoice submissions Required qualifications Associate degree or advanced degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience 1+ years of e-billing experience within a corporate law department or law firm Familiarity with legal billing and Middleware systems, such as Legal Exchange or Serengeti/Legal Tracker Proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Knowledge of various Legal Electronic Data Exchange Standard (LEDES) billing formats is a plus
