Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, Arizona.Essential DutiesDevelop, Qualify, And Optimize High Precision Technical EB Weld Designs, Processes, And Parameters.Assist And Develop Weld Fixturing And Tooling Design.Assist In The Development And Documentation Of Production Welding Best Practices For Current Products.Inspect Welded Joints To Ensure Welds Meet Specifications And AWS, AMS, ANSI StandardsInvestigates And Evaluates Welding Defects To Determine Appropriate Cause(s) And Corrective Action(s)Set Up Welding Qualification Test Campaigns And Interpret Mechanical Testing And NDE Results.Support Production Operations On Full Scale Welded Assemblies, Providing Direction To Manufacturing Engineers And Welders On Correct Techniques.Comply With Applicable Environmental, Health And Safety Laws And Regulations, Company Policy And Accepted Safe Work Practices.Understand The Importance Of Designing, Building, And Operating Safe Systems.
