Job Duties
What You’ll Do:
Develop and lead engaging, person-centered day service plans for individuals with disabilities and/or disadvantages.
Provide direct support, including personal care, medication administration, and transportation.
Foster independence, social interaction, and community involvement.
Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and community partners.
Track service activities and ensure program effectiveness.
Recruit and engage volunteers to support program delivery.
Minimum Education Required
High School Diploma
Minimum Experience Required
✅ What We’re Looking For:
High School diploma or equivalent
Sales or customer service experience (preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compassion and sensitivity to the needs of individuals with disabilities
Proficiency with computer-based office software
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DHS background check
