Smith Lawnscapes LLC, a family-oriented landscape construction and maintenance company, is seeking a dependable Earthworks Crew Member to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform site preparation including grading, leveling, and excavation
* Assist with drainage systems, base materials, and site layouts
* Operate landscape & construction equipment safely and efficiently (skid steers, mini excavators, and compactors)
* Follow job plans, safety procedures & quality standards
* Keep jobsites clean and organized
* Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
* Experience in construction, landscaping, drainage, or earthwork preferred
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
* Equipment operation experience
* Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality
* Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor
