CoolSys is seeking a hands-on Foreman to lead HVAC-R installation and maintenance crews within our Engineering & Maintenance department. In this role, you will coordinate field work for wholesale and commercial projects, oversee technicians, and ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant installations. You’ll plan daily tasks, review drawings, manage materials, and maintain quality standards while delivering reliable, customer-focused service.
As a working leader, you’ll coach team members, support troubleshooting, and help drive continuous improvement and technical excellence across projects.
