CoolSys is seeking a Foreman to lead field crews within our HVAC Wholesale Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. In this role, you will coordinate installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC-R systems and related assets for retail, commercial, and industrial customers. You will plan daily tasks, allocate labor and materials, enforce safety standards, and ensure work quality, documentation, and schedule adherence.
You will mentor technicians, interface with customers, and support continuous improvement in efficiency, reliability, and energy performance across projects.
